OUR COMPANY

Studio Rossetto was born thanks to the professionalism and experience of Augusto, Labor Consultant and Statutory Auditor who for over 40 years has been working in the field of accounting and tax services for small and medium-sized Italian and international companies.

Over time, Augusto was joined by his sons Matteo and Sonia, who brought new skills to the firm, learned in different training and professional paths.

Augusto, Matteo, Sonia and the group of Studio Rossetto collaborators share and carry on a single corporate mission: to provide small and medium-sized national and international companies in the area with the tools they need to embark on a path that leads to growth and to business development.
In fact, our firm wants to represent a point of reference for companies, helping them to reduce time and costs, not only in fiscal and administrative management.

In order to achieve this goal, we make use of experienced collaborators and a network of specialized professionals who help us to guarantee 360-degree support.

In addition, we are constantly training and updating and we look carefully at innovation and the future to always provide answers and solutions suited to the needs of all companies.

AUGUSTO ROSSETTO

Labor consultant and auditor

He is the founder of Studio Rossetto and the one who in the last 40 years has passed on his passion for accounting and business management to his children and collaborators.
Enrolled in the Register of Labor Consultants of the province of Verona at n.331 from 22/09/1979 and in the register of Statutory Auditors at n.50744 since 21/04/1995, today his task is to make his wealth of technical knowledge in tax, accounting and contractual matters.
He has held positions as director and auditor in the following sectors: banking, insurance, packaging machinery, footwear, trade and production of wine, IT services to banks.
He was also chairman of the board of directors of Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Vestenanova from 2000 to 2015 and held the position of statutory auditor of Cesve S.p.A, a company that performs IT services for banks.
He currently holds the position of statutory auditor of Cantina di Monteforte d’Alpone and alternate auditor of Cantina di Soave, two important cooperatives in the wine sector in our area.

MATTEO ROSSETTO

Tax and business management consultant

Son of art, if we can say so, with a keen interest in the business world, who chose to base his training on national and international experiences: first the degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Verona and then the master’s degree in Management and Business Consulting at the University of Trento.
And in the meantime, experiences abroad by participating in study projects in Spain (Erasmus), Brazil (World Wide Study) and 2 years of study in Germany, obtaining a master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
These and other experiences, such as employment at a German company operating in the renewable energy sector (Germany) and then at an Italian multinational company in the transport and integrated logistics sector (in Italy and the Netherlands), have allowed Matteo to develop language skills and knowledge in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
These skills, integrated with technical knowledge in accounting, tax and contractual matters and experience in structured companies but also medium-small businesses, today allow Matteo to provide tax, accounting and contractual consultancy services.
He currently works as a management consultant for the companies of Studio Rossetto and, while following all sectors, he specializes in transport and logistics.
Matteo helps these companies in financial planning and management control, suitably adapted to medium-small businesses.
Furthermore, he is a supporter and promoter of activities related to continuous training, business organization and process digitization, with the belief that they are the right key to being competitive in a world that changes at a faster rate than in the past.
Thus, within the firm and with client companies, it tries every day to share this cultural and technical background, bringing companies more and more into the present and into the future.

SONIA ROSSETTO

Administrative manager

Sonia arrives at Studio Rossetto after several training and professional experiences that will make her discover her predisposition for administrative activities.
Graduated in public relations at the IULM University of Milan, she attended the Api Industria postgraduate course “Sales and Marketing Manager for foreign markets”. The study is followed by a professional experience in a goldsmith company as an employee of foreign relations (United States in particular).
Sonia has always had an interest in social activities and for 5 years she held the position of president of the Papa Luciani nursery school in San Giovanni Ilarione with the aim of providing a service to the community.
During this experience, Sonia discovers a natural propensity for administrative activities that will lead her to enter Studio Rossetto and over time become responsible for administrative processes: billing, relations with customers, suppliers, employees.
